1. Booking & Payment Terms

The primary renter must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid ID upon request.
The full balance is due at booking.
Payments are accepted via credit card

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 30-60 days before of check-in receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of check in receive no refund
Our cancellation policy is firm, and environmental factors beyond our control (such as hurricanes, red tide, snowstorms, etc.) will not be grounds for refunds. If you’re concerned about possible disruptions, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance. For additional flexibility, you may want to explore ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ (CFAR) coverage, which allows cancellations for a broader range of reasons. Thank you for your understanding!

Check-in: 4pm (No early check-ins unless pre-arranged)
Check-out: 10am (Late check-outs may incur additional fees)
Instructions for check-in and key access will be sent 2 days before arrival.

No smoking inside the unit or on patio. Violations may result in a cleaning fee of $500 or more
No smoking outside the condo except at designated smoking areas
No pets allowed
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Additional guests are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from [10 PM - 10 AM] to respect neighbors.
Guests must maintain the cleanliness of the unit and dispose of trash in designated areas.
Any damages must be reported immediately. Guests may be charged for excessive damage or missing items.

DVMD Homes and its owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
Guests assume all risks when using the beach, pool, balcony, or any other amenities.
The owner is not liable for lost or stolen personal items. Please lock doors when leaving the property.

Guest contact information is collected only for booking and communication purposes.
We do not share or sell guest data.
Guests may receive occasional promotional emails about special offers (you can opt out anytime).
